With
a strong to desire to build a new home, came the great fear with
this huge undertaking that we had never experienced before.
In search of the
builder of our home, we
were introduced to Matt Patterson from
Brightwood
Homes by our real estate agent.
Our first impression was that Matt was honest and
trustworthy and felt confident that he would do a good job for us.
Matt
started our home in December 2003 and completed in one week behind
schedule
the
first of June 2004
.
Matt was truly great to work with.
He was honest with his recommendations and never made us
feel as thought he was trying to under or over sell anything in
the home being built.
Matt
always gave us the feeling that he was treating each stage of our
construction as though it was a home he was building for himself.
Matt was responsive to all calls and was always available
for our questions or concerns.
Never did you put us on hold or not return our calls within
a couple of hours calling him.
His directions and suggestions were extremely helpful and
appreciated during our home being built.
We
are 100% happy with home, the components that were used for the
home and the over all construction.
If and when we decided to build another home, without a
question it will be built by Matt Patterson with
Brightwood
Homes! We are happy
and proud owners of our home.
